I had the pleasure of staying at Red Velvet Hotel for two weeks, and it was a wonderful experience throughout.From the warm welcome by Kriti Ma'am to the prompt assistance from Shivam Ji, who always ensured that every requirement’whether it was a bucket, an iron, or anything else’was fulfilled, the hospitality was exceptional. The dining experience was equally delightful, thanks to Aditi's courteous service, and Pritam Ji at the reception was always professional, helpful, and welcoming.A special thanks to Radhika from the housekeeping team, whose sincere efforts and dedication in keeping the room clean and comfortable deserve special appreciation and certainly cannot be overlooked.The entire team made my stay comfortable and memorable. I would be delighted to stay at Red Velvet Hotel again if I get the opportunity. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality!

Location is in a busy market area. Exterior facade is below average for a hotel in this price range.Parking on site is limited to about 8-10 cars, rest is handled by Valet at a parking nearby.Staff is friendly and checkin was efficently handled by the hospitable MS. PAYEL.Hotel interiors are average, quite gaudy (shiny). The Red theme in rooms and washroom looks tacky, especially the Red color commode seat.Maintenance of fittings and fixtures in rooms /washrooms is not upto the mark - do not expect Brand Hotel standards, even though the price levels are the same.Cleanliness of bedroom linen, towels was good. Toiletries included Slippers, Shaving Kit, Dental Kit etc.We also had dinner and food was Excellent.Breakfast spread was decent and all food, juices and milk beverages were well made, especially the Dosa.

Traveling from the hotel to different parts of the city was easy and hassle-free.What I enjoyed the most was the food at their multi-cuisine restaurant, Seven Spices. The food was fresh, flavorful, and properly prepared. I tried a few dishes from different cuisines, and everything tasted delicious. The restaurant has a nice ambience, the staff were friendly, and the service was quite fast, which made the dining experience even better.The rooms were neat, spacious, and comfortable with all the basic modern facilities you need for a relaxing stay. The staff was polite and welcoming throughout my visit. Overall, if you are searching for a comfortable stay with tasty food and a good location, Red Velvet Hotel is definitely one of the best hotels in Patna near Railway Station and Income Tax Golambar. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Patna.
