Most pathetic hotel in Patna. Rooms may look spacious at first glance, but the design is shockingly impractical. Not a single functional power socket near the bed ’ you’ll end up charging your phone on the floor near the window like it’s 2005. A big big NO for any kind of functions as Food and service is pathetic and you will regret your decision for opting this hotel for your function.Basic amenities are either broken or filthy:Telephones don’t workMinibar is non-functionalTea/coffee makers are dirty and unhygienicAC barely cools (if it works at all)Broken lights, dirty headboardsSofa and chairs are broken, stained, and disgustingRoom safety is a serious concern. In many rooms, door locks are worn out and don’t function properly ’ doors open only with master cards, which is extremely unsafe and unacceptable.Washrooms are dingy and poorly maintained & door locks broken ’ completely unacceptable for a so-called hotelThe entire property is in a state of decay. The lobby is shabby, the parking area is a nightmare with potholes and overflowing sewage. At times, sewer water actually flows into the lobby and conference areas, creating an unbearable stench and serious hygiene issues.Food is pathetic in both quality and taste. Service is equally miserable. Staff appear untrained and constantly changing, clearly reflecting poor management and zero concern for guest experience.This place feels less like a hotel and more like a neglected, crumbling building running on autopilot. I genuinely regret staying here and would strongly advise others to stay away unless you enjoy discomfort, dirt, and disappointment.

Worst hotel if you want to book it for wedding. They kept the stall closed and opened the starter section for only half an hour due to which most of my guests didn't get the starter properly. The service was heywire.I would also like to mention the Manager Mr. Amit who told us that we would get the best experience and he wasn't available on the function date and wasn't responsive at all and didn't even delegate the tasks. I would rate Amit zero for being an irresponsible Hotel Manager. Disgusting experience, wouldn't recommend it to anyone..

Not recommended!Not a good service.Too expensive.Look for some other good/new hotels in the price range. Spacious rooms but too old construction.- No TV: they took half a day to recharge setup box. You need to call nearly 10 times and visit reception to get it done.- No hot water. Only warm water available that too after wasting 200-300 liters of water. So turn on the tap 20 min before shower. Pathetic.- They take at least 20 min to issue bill. Even if you pay/instruct and request in advance. You will be standing at reception to get bill.- Exhaust fan doesn’t work in bathrooms. Even if you change room; they say it doesn’t work in any room. Enjoy!- Request for housekeeping before you leave hotel. But they don’t do. You need to change room upon arrival.- No tissues in the rooms. It seems managers have no training/management skills.- Single switch for all lights.I suggest either reduce your tarrif/renovate and improve your service.Just a spacious rooms doesn’t justify your charges.

Gross misconduct, inhumane treatment, and serious safety violation.This hotel deliberately denies access to basic sanitation facilities to drivers during nighttime. The staff intentionally shuts off the water supply, refuses use of the common washroom, and arrogantly tells drivers to ’manage on their own.’ This is a clear violation of basic human dignity, hygiene standards, and hospitality ethics.In case of any medical emergency, health issue, or urgent need at night, washroom access is completely blocked, creating a severe health hazard and safety risk. Such actions amount to negligence, abuse of authority, and inhumane behavior.Furthermore, the staff communicates in a rude, aggressive, and disrespectful manner, showing zero professionalism or accountability. This establishment fails to meet minimum hospitality standards and may be liable under consumer protection and hotel regulatory norms.Strongly NOT recommended. Avoid this hotel. This place is unsafe, unethical, and unfit for guests, drivers, or any responsible traveler.
