I have asked staff many times to change my room because room was no cleaned and washroom. But staff telling me to wait but no one return back to me after many calls. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Floor of room was very bad and full of dust.
Old building.poor hygiene. Old furniture. If u are not supposed to facilitate a guest acc to his specific request than whats the use of that specific request option.Not recommended.
No wifi, poor network, leaking jet spray and taps, empty kitchen with no utensils or microwave, broken kettle, no glasses/ mugs/ tea bags, TV not working, balcony opening to houses with entire view.Insolent staff- Viraj, morning receptionist, misbehaved with us and was so rude. Other staff Kept disturbing us for payment even though I paid before checking in (obviously)I paid 4300+1500 for the stay and the whole experience wasn't worth even 1000.Never going back, not recommended at all.
