A very distressing stay. The room had rats, was dirty and gloomy, and did not match the appearance shown in their online photos, even though they charged 5500/- per day. When I raised the issue, the receptionist seemed indifferent, treating it like a common problem. They declined to move me to a cleaner room and instead gave me a refund slip for checkout, stating the money would be returned to my bank within three days. Now I have to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute because they couldn't accommodate me. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
