I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The pool was dirty and clearly not maintained. Room service was unpleasant and greedy everything had to be paid for upfront. Towels provided were extremely dirty, which was unacceptable. Staff came across as rude, diplomatic, and unhelpful. Basic services were poor and quite irritating to deal with. Hot water was only available between 6–9 AM, which made things very inconvenient. Even in the restaurant, the staff showed no courtesy, no smile, no warmth ordering food felt like asking for a huge favour. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort or hospitality.
Never take banquet facing room loud music was till 2:00am for some fasion show event . Pasage n lobby were Too crowded n over all it was full mess in the property. Manager was nice tried to cooperate a lot but over alk experice was just rubbish. Booked this hotel as my vendor was @ 10 mins far.
No hot water for entire 3 days, could only issue single room key which had to be replaced 4 times due to it failing to work, no chair in room, mosquitoes everywhere
