Worst service ever food was average intercom was not working there is no hand wash in bathroom there is cockroach in the room then we ask for change bathroom was smelling like hell no towel no remote for ac and tv I have faced such a worst experience for the first time.

I chose this property purely because of its proximity to the airport and my business meeting venue. Unfortunately, that convenience came at the cost of one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had.The property claims to be a 3-star hotel online. The on-ground reality does not reflect even basic hospitality standards. It is not a 3 star. Period.1. Hygiene & Dining Area ’ Deeply ConcerningThe dining area and kitchen conditions were extremely poor. Dust accumulation, visible lack of cleanliness, and overall hygiene standards were far below acceptable levels.There was also a visibly underage staff member working in the kitchen area. I sincerely hope the management ensures full compliance with labour laws and protects young individuals from unsafe or inappropriate work environments.Food quality was below average, yet pricing suggested otherwise. A small cup of tea (’cutting chai’) was charged at ’30. Premium pricing without premium hygiene or taste is unacceptable.2. Room Conditions ’ Basic Comfort MissingAC not functioning properly; repeated calls (nearly 20) before any action was taken.Mug in washroom was broken, asked to replace, but they haven't.Room chair, the cushion was fully gone, but they don't care.Issue reported at check-in (night); attended only the following evening.Torn bedsheets and blankets.Broken jet spray in washroom.AC remote not working.TV remote missing; TV non-operational.Wardrobe without usable hangers (there was only one, and that too was broken piece).No daily housekeeping unless repeatedly requested.These are not luxury complaints ’ these are basic hospitality essentials.3. Overcharging Above MRP ’ Completely UnacceptablePackaged water bottles (MRP ’18 ’ standard brands like Bisleri/Kinley) were charged at ’30 each.When questioned, the response was:’Aisa hi hota hai. Itna hi dena padega.’This is not just poor service ’ it reflects disregard for consumer rights. Guests cannot be forced to pay above printed MRP for packaged goods.4. No Basic Guest SupportNo iron available in the entire property.No assistance to arrange ironing externally.Staff behaviour suggested indifference once payment was made.A sense that guests have no choice after booking, especially with non-refundable policies.Hospitality is about service, not just collecting payment.To the Property OwnerThis review is not written out of anger ’ it is written out of concern.You have a location advantage near the airport and business hubs. That is an opportunity. But the current operational standards are damaging your brand and guest trust.A ’3-star’ claim brings responsibility:Hygiene standards must be audited.Staff training is urgently required.Consumer law compliance (MRP pricing) must be strictly followed.Basic room maintenance is non-negotiable.No guest should feel helpless after paying for a stay.I genuinely hope this property takes corrective action, because with proper management, it can improve. But in its current state, it is not aligned with the standards it claims.Future guests deserve transparency. And the management deserves an opportunity to fix this, immediately.

Avoid this hotel.The rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty and unhygienic. To make matters worse, the staff was very rude and overcharged for everything, even basic drinking water. It was a terrible experience with zero service. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

I strongly advise against staying at this property. The room and bathroom were in extremely poor condition, and the overall service was unsatisfactory. There were cockroaches in the room, and the bathroom had a persistent foul smell, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
