The staff on my previous stay were very nice and welcoming. So I rebooked but this time most things were bad . The room was dirty and smaller than I booked . There was pee on the toilet 🚽 and water leaking all day and night making annoying noise . The ac was set to 22 without any remote . Despite asking for ac remote 8 times I didn't get it. Evertime the guy in reception promised to send someone with the remote but no one ever came.
