Great atmosphere and ideal holiday spots close to Bakshi Ka Talab. Definitely worth a visit. Lalit Sharma and the rest of the staff are very helpful.

The pool was the only good part of our stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing.The service was poor, and the manager was not cooperative. The food was just average. They also did not keep their promises. At the time of booking, we were told we would receive a discount, but when it was time to pay, the discount was not given.There were frequent electricity issues at night. Many insects gathered around the lights, so the staff would switch off almost all the lights, making it very inconvenient.Another major issue was the lack of responsiveness. No one answered the reception phone, and the kitchen service was extremely slow. We had to remind them 3’4 times for a single order before it was finally served.Overall, except for the pool, the experience was not worth it. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're expecting good service and proper hospitality.

Promises made during booking, like a discount, were not honored at payment. There were frequent power outages at night, attracting many insects to the lights, so staff turned off most lights, which was inconvenient. Additionally, responsiveness was poor; the reception phone often went unanswered, and kitchen service was very slow, requiring multiple reminders for a single order. Overall, aside from the pool, the stay was disappointing, and I would not suggest this hotel if you expect good service and hospitality.

Lalit Sharma Sarvas is quite good.
