The only positive aspect of our stay was the pool. Sadly, the rest of the experience was unsatisfactory. The service was lacking, and the manager was unhelpful. The food was mediocre. Promises made during booking, like a discount, were not honored at payment. There were frequent power outages at night, attracting many insects to the lights, so staff turned off most lights, which was inconvenient. Additionally, responsiveness was poor; the reception phone often went unanswered, and kitchen service was very slow, requiring multiple reminders for a single order. Overall, aside from the pool, the stay was disappointing, and I would not suggest this hotel if you expect good service and hospitality.
