Non availability of basic amenities hot water,wifi ,tv late delivery and unhygienic food with poor cleaning worst place to stay. It was constructed for other kind of peoples
We booked a triple occupancy room for 2 nights and had the most unpleasant experience here. We booked through Agoda where we were ensured free parking and we paid extra to have breakfast included with the timings of breakfast being 8am.- The room was very small for a triple occupancy, and it smelled funky. The sheets weren't clean.- The location is pretty far away from the main city spots like hazratganj and chowk.- No hot water available, no soaps, shampoos, no handwash even in the washroom- The AC wasn't effective at all- The parking space fits 2 cars only and if that gets filled you'll have to park randomly on the road.- There is no restaurant for breakfast, only a kitchen, from where you can order food. You won't get breakfast even 30 minutes before 8am.
