From the moment of check-in, Mr. Raza ensured a seamless and welcoming process. He and his colleague were the embodiment of excellent hospitality’attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Any request, no matter how small, was handled with impressive speed and a warm, sincere smile. Their proactive assistance throughout our three nights was key to our family feeling so relaxed and well-cared for. True customer service like this is rare and is the primary reason for our high recommendation.The dining experience at Hotel Shelter was a delightful surprise. The food was excellent, showcasing great flavors and variety. For a family travelling on a budget, we particularly appreciated that the quality of the meals was so high while remaining incredibly budget-friendly. The on-site restaurant offered a pleasant, good ambience for family dinners, and the prompt room service meant we could enjoy delicious, freshly prepared food whenever we liked.Our rooms provided the perfect haven after long days of sightseeing. Don't go by the exterior of the hotel.The place is absolutely trash, the staff untrained and I'll mannered.The room they allotted even after prior booking, had fungus, cobwebs and dirt all over. The bathroom was choked and taps broken and leaky.I immediately left

Best hotel for corporate employees in Lucknow. Staff are very cooperative and early check in also available. Shivam manager is best person ever I seen in hotel. Very cooperative and supportive. Morning breakfast is also good
