The rooms were filthy, the bedsheets had stains, the bathroom was unsanitary, and the whole property was in bad shape. The staff were impolite, unprofessional, and uninterested in fixing any problems. The room did not match the online pictures at all. Service was very slow, essential amenities were missing or broken, and the overall vibe was unpleasant. I felt like both my time and money were wasted. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. There are plenty of better choices at the same price. This place really needs to improve its cleanliness, upkeep, and customer service.

The rooms were dirty, the bedsheets were stained, the washroom was unhygienic, and the entire property was poorly maintained. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in resolving any issues. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The service was extremely slow, basic amenities were either missing or not working, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. I felt like my time and money were completely wasted. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. There are many better options available at the same price. This place seriously needs improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.
