Pathetic hotel and event decorator officially hired by them.This is a genuine review as we had our event on 20th January and after elaborating each amd every detail in person ,we found nothing in order when we reached the venue and now they like goons have the opacity to ask abt the balance amount .The hotel commits more but fails to fulfill .The decorator hired by them commits e everything but fails to fulfill even a single thing . The DJ owner as well doesn't even bother to fulfill the requirements and do as they wish lastinite when u r left with no choice but to accept whatever is done .Ideally they shpuld be sued hard for this kind of fraud.This is a genuine review and also they might try to egy it deleted from google as well but I will make sure this doesn't happen .Don't spoil yr event and make it a disaster by booking this hotel or the decorator .Worst experience of my life .Never in my 22 years of carrier I have seen such an unprofessional ,unethical behaviour after paying as per their call .Never ever book UTOPIAN LUXE AND ALSO THE DECORATOR SHAMS EVENT by SHAMS ABBAS .He is a fraud .

I happened to organise my 25th Marriage anniversary and searched for all big properties of Lucknow but was lucky enough to land at Utopia .I took 20 rooms for two day and all my guest were delighted to stay with the comfort and cleanliness of rooms.Food- Ultimate , being a foody family we have explored all places in Lucknow city but must say the taste of utopia is just awesome . The chef MR DINESH is just too good and works with simple philosophy of customer first .Property - A perfect property with all sizs banquets , the outside area for a perfect Marriage or anniversary or for a big and small event.Team : Couldn't express my feeling for such a supportive team comprising Mr Qazi who ensurescustomer delight in entire program .. Mr Gaurav who ensures accommodation of all guest are to maximum comfort, the operations head ..security head... In small time we got to have a feeling that all these people were part of our FAMILY ONLY..Must say if you are planning something be 300% sure with Utopia who are making the best choice .

Kazi for his exceptional support throughout the planning and execution. His positive outlook, professionalism, and attention to detail made a big difference. He was always approachable and ensured that everything went smoothly.The food was delicious, well-presented, and appreciated by all our guests. The staff was extremely cordial, polite, and responsive, adding warmth and hospitality to the celebration.Thank you, Utopian Luxe Hotel, for making my father’s birthday so special. Highly recommended for family celebrations and events!

The location of the property is good, but the overall service experience was extremely disappointing. There were several issues that made my stay uncomfortable.To begin with, the service is consistently delayed. This evening, the dinner was scheduled for 7:30 PM. However, when I reached there, I was told that they were facing some issues because a few guests were arriving, and dinner would only be ready by 8:00 PM. After an exhausting day, I was genuinely hungry, yet no alternative or courtesy refreshment was offered.In the morning, when I was about to take a shower, I realized there was no shower gel in the bathroom. Even after requesting it, it took the staff 15’20 minutes to deliver one’and the quality was extremely poor, with an unpleasant smell.The rooms are also not up to the mark. The soundproofing is terrible. I could clearly hear the television playing in the next room, and even the snoring of the person staying beside my room. This completely disturbed my sleep as the noise continued throughout the night.Overall, the service quality, room comfort, and guest experience need serious improvement. These challenges made my stay far from satisfactory, and I am posting this so others are aware of the issues.

Location wise ok, rooms are standard, clean. But definitely not for business travellers. Front office and service Associates don't know how to serve with a smile. Kind of a don't care fixed on the face. Food costs equivalent to Novotel or Marriott for no reason. roughly 20 items including tea and coffee mentioned in the menu card which can be served at the room. Breakfast buffet spread is good but it cost 650+. Overall decent stay. Have to walk at least 500 mts for nearest pan/cigarette shop.
