Couple • India • Oct 2026They don't provide any towel, any sanitary item, water in the room, nothing. But yes, they charged 300 extra for early checkin. The staff was uninterested to listen to your requests. Room was unclean, bedsheets were not changed & had stains, condition of bed was bad, walls were dirty, etc. I just had a feeling that this hotel do not expect customers to stay for long (a day) and maybe their customer base are the one who stay there for few hours. This might be the reason there was no care about many things. I choose this hotel only because it was near to my exam center (so as for others on that day).
