’? SCAM & SAFETY HAZARD ’ DO NOT BOOK ’?’Rating: ’ 0/5’This was a total nightmare from start to finish. I booked in advance for 2 adult women, but the experience was horrific:’’False Advertising: The location is NOT near the World Mark Mall as direction suggests. The photos are 100% misleading; the actual property is a dump.’No Basic Amenities: There was 'NO running water' in the building and the 'AC was NOT working' in any room, during a heatwave. It was uninhabitable.’’Unsafe & Broken: The elevator is hauntingly dark and dangerous (almost crushed me while stepping out). I could hardly see anyone on the floors; it was completely empty, dark, and stinking. The entire place felt like a crime scene.’’Disgusting Hygiene: The entire place stinks of rot. Staff were desperately spraying freshener to hide the smell. It was even hard to breathe. Rooms had tobacco stains, filthy mirrors, and gross bathrooms. The attached video is actually the 'best' of what they had; other rooms were in a far more disgusting state.’’Zero Service: The manager was useless, acting like a robot and refused to help with my booking, constantly telling me to "call customer care" instead of doing his job.’We felt so unsafe and disgusted that we cancelled and left immediately. They refused a refund despite the uninhabitable conditions. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
