At first, they gave us a room meant for 3 people, but it was very small, uncomfortable, and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was impossible to stay there with my family. When I asked to change rooms, the staff acted very arrogantly. After many requests around 2:30 AM, they finally gave us another room, but it had no electricity. Due to such poor service and terrible conditions, we had to leave the hotel at 2:45 AM in the middle of the night with my family. This was very stressful and unacceptable. I strongly advise against this property, especially for families. The management is very poor, staff are rude, and there is no concern for guests. The hotel is not suitable for families at all.
