Laundry service is overpriced and no transparency in billing
The manager of this hotel is extremely rude and unprofessional. When we told him that we were getting a discounted price through Treebo, he responded by saying that Treebo shows ’anything’ and even called them ’crazy.’ He clearly said that if we booked online, he would not give us a room and told us to go find another hotel instead.This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where customer service should be a priority. The manager’s attitude was very disrespectful and disappointing.I would strongly request the management of Treebo Corporate Park to take strict action against such staff. People like this can seriously harm the reputation of the business.Very bad experience. Not recommended.

Group • Feb 2026I have never been treated with such disrespect by a hospitality professional in my life. The hotel itself is fine, but the manager is incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns, they spoke down to me and made it clear they didn't care about my experience. A hotel is only as good as its leadership, and this place is failing miserably. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.
