This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms are nice and near the WTC, but the AC didn't work properly all night despite multiple complaints to reception (6-7 calls) and requests to change rooms. They neither fixed the AC nor moved me to another room, which was poorly ventilated. I barely slept at all. I wouldn't recommend staying here because the staff is very unhelpful.
