Hotel Elevate

I had a horrible experience in this hotel, I books the corporate hotel in road number 4, they brought me to a hotel from the same company called ’the elevate hotel’.The only reason why I picked this hotel was because it’s my first time in India, traveling on my own and I wanted to feel safe’ my experience was the complete opposite.They took an hour to pick me up, when they’ve said would only be 10 min then the taxi had another man at the back so I sat next to the driver and a man behind me, my suitcases were unsafe on the roof due to lack of space in the car which was supposed to be a service for myself only.We left the other man first and then they wanted me to stay in that direction first but I ask to please take me to the hotel I book, then they drove me to a new direction and said my booking was in June when I’m 100% sure it was correct for the date I arrive with airport pick up and drop of service included.We got to my hotel at 1:30 am when I landed at 23:00, all because of the incompetence of this hotel and lack of safety measures for women.The rooms and hotel were nothing like the pictures, not worth $60 Australian dollars’Then I asked them to drop me off and they wanted to charge 500 extra ruppies so I got an uber for 200Worse experience and I’ve traveled to more than 30 countries’ don’t stay here, better to get an uber and stay somewhere else

I had a very disappointing experience with **The Elevate Hotel Near Delhi Airport**. I made my reservation through Booking.com and received a confirmed booking in the app. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that there was no room available for me.I showed him my confirmed reservation in the Booking.com application, but he refused to acknowledge it and denied providing the room. Instead, he told me that if I wanted to stay, I would have to pay **double the price** of my original booking. This was extremely unprofessional and felt unfair, especially after arriving at the hotel late and expecting the confirmed room to be honored.This experience was very frustrating and stressful. A confirmed booking should be respected, and guests should not be pressured to pay more upon arrival. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking here, as my experience was very poor and the customer service was unacceptable.

The hotel was decent for a night stay. I had the deluxe king room but didnt fit in the bed. I am a tall guy and both my legs were out. The breakfast needs better choices. Rest of the facilities were good and the staff was friendly

NOT LOCATED IN AEROCITY.Don't be mislead by the location shown on Booking. The hotel is in a neighborhood near by, that has nothing to see with AEROCITY.If you want a basic hotel and are not very demanding for the cleanliness, the noise, the humidity, the internet quality and the food, you can go there. But if you want to have some rest and have an hotel with good standards, run away. You have really much better hotel for the same price and at a better location.Positive point : The staff is friendly and nice, except the manager, acting like he didn't want to be here and not responding to messages or to the phone.

An absolutely awful hotel. Located in an incredibly unpleasant and seedy area. The property is extremely dirty - my sheets had blood stains on them, the floors in the room were sticky and caked with dirt and the formerly white towels were grey. Booked for the night before a flight and had to leave immediately. No hot water in the shower either.
