Terrible experience at this hotel. Checked in at 10 PM and was told only 2 rooms were available - either twin bed or queen size. I opted for queen size thinking it'd be bigger, but the room was tiny and the bed was barely larger than a single bed. When I asked to change, they were reluctant, saying this room was fine. Next morning, I saw other rooms were decent-sized. The breakfast was served in a tiny hall with buffet places in corridoor- felt like a Paharganj hotel. Food quality was poor too. Staff was courteous though. The hotel entrance was through a back door, looked sealed off. Nowhere did it feel like a 4-star hotel. The only plus is it's centrally located, which is probably why they're charging so much. Not worth staying here.

Hotel is not a 4star hotel. So if you are looking for 4star service then you won’t get that. I stayed there for 2Nights and my room was not well maintained. The tap, shower knob were rusty. The fire sprinkler were broken in my room. And on 20th floor, the entrance (lift) lobby had broken lamp on display. How come a 4star rated hotel quality check is missing so many things?When I gave the feedback and I got the call ro assure they will look into the matter post checkout, so I hope team will work on improvement ann ensure quality is delivered.Refer attached images that speak the truth.

The booking process is quite cumbersome, even when using Booking.com. The hotel requires an advance payment to confirm the reservation and asks that the payment receipt be emailed to their accounting team, which does not appear to coordinate with the reservations team. This creates an outdated, inefficient process and results in unnecessary inconvenience for customers.I had paid the required advance to the hotel to confirm my booking and emailed the receipt to the addresses provided. However, upon arrival, the reservations team informed me that they had not received any communication from their accounting team regarding the advance payment. This resulted in a delay of more than 30 minutes at check’in, as the team took an unusually long time to verify the payment.At check’in, I completed the full payment for my stay. Despite this, the hotel’without any notice’charged an additional amount to the credit card saved on my Booking.com account. I noticed the charge before check’out and immediately informed the reservations staff. After reviewing the matter, they acknowledged the error and agreed to issue a refund.However, I was told that the refund would take at least 7’10 days because their accounting team needed to ’verify and process’ it. In reality, it took almost a month and required repeated follow’ups. To make matters worse, the hotel deducted a processing fee from the refund. When I asked why a processing fee was being applied to refund money to an Indian bank account’especially when the error was not mine’no explanation was provided.This was, by far, the most disappointing customer service experience I have encountered in the service industry.

We stayed for 3 nights.Room was clean enough, bit old though , specially bathroom door inner side.I felt like lighting is not enough,no fluorescent light.there were some decorated lamps which were good. Next is airconditioner. A four star hotel to have central ac in this era!! Like seriously! All the bigger hotels in this price range offers modern ACs. So tough to maintain the central ac and its controller, sometimes we were shivering and we felt sweaty too at times. View from room was very good though no window in the room. We liked the bed and decorations. Washroom fittings and geyser system were well fitted and gave good vibes. Housekeeping people were well behaved. But one staff crossed the lines. We requested him to clean at a given time but he cleaned it earlier while we weren’t in the room and he mistakenly removed all our food items which were very very expensive and we planned to have them after returning from work. Now coming to the restaurant services, staffs are very well behaved. The bar section should be separated from restaurant section, no? Specially while we were having food , people at the other table having liquor with smells and mumbling drunken words ! The food items were very very expensive for a hotel of this range! There were very limited choices and no food items available except the traditional Indian dishes. For foreign tourists, u have to have the Indian food no matter how it tastes and how costly it is! Breakfast items were limited too. We had an omelette that costs 300rupees while aloo paratha costs around 300.Lastly they had a very poor Wi-Fi speed which isn’t stable , definitely not enough for business meetings. I will recommend it location wise only , not for food!
