I booked my stay here because it was under the chain of this platform hotels. I was very disappointed by the cleanliness and amenities provided. No hygiene in washroom at all. Staff were good. No hygiene kit provided

Love the location of the hotel and since I was travelling by motorcycle I managed to get a underground parking at the hotel.The room, bed and hot shower was good. No issue at all. Thank you to the reception that helped me to get my laundry done.

15 mins from Mysore Jn railway station this properly looks fancy by the exterior looks and the way the reception is setup. But the room was the exact definition of looks can be deceiving. The moment I got into the room, it felt like a dungeon rather than a hotel room. Pathetic color choice and stained walls. Bathroom was a relief as it was kept clean. One good thing about this property is the Manager Mr. Satish who is so cool to interact with and helped me with early check-in without any hassle. Really a great person to interact with and he will help you guys if there is anything.
