BAD EXPERIENCE: REVIEWS ARE UNTRUSTWORTHYIf your definition of great stay are the following, then Treebo Good Land Residency is a great option.1. Late check in . The room wasn't ready by one o'clock. We got the room only by 1. 25 pm and the floor was completely wet. It took another 10 minutes to dry it out.2. When we reached the hotel after outing by 11 p.m., water was dripping from many parts on the ceiling, and it was difficult to stay there. So we asked them to change the room, and they did it, and it took almost an hour. What's even more appalling is that the receptionist is talking as if it's a very normal thing.3. At 7:30 in the morning when we tried the hot water it was not working. Because of this all the plans went awry. We couldn't even use the bathroom because people were coming to repair it. This was not rectified even when we were checking out.4. The arrogant attitude of receptionist is another problem. After the hot water problem in the morning, I went to the receptionist and told that I have certain grievances to say. He arrogantly posed that he was not the person to hear that and I have to talk to his GM about that.5. Last but not the least, the AC remote was also not working. It could be switched on but temperature cannot be adjusted. Night was fine because we were used to keeping low temperatures at night but during the day, I juggled with it for some time but it didn't work . I didn't complain about this out of exhaustion.If you paying 3000 for a hotel room and have to go through all this and still think it's normal Goodland Residency is a wonderful place to stay.

I must say, my stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who are genuinely friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and spotless.Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s ambiance was both luxurious and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind.Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in town. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this place delivers exceptional service and a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and comfort, and I will definitely be returning for another stay!

Staying in this platform Goodland and elegance for past more than 1 years every month. Very good rooms , good hospitality. Rajiv bhai and Rashid bro are very helpful in every means when ever I required room in urgent basis. Hospitality is something this hotel to be mentioned very positively. Food awesome. L new staff in restaurant Arya seems to be very professional in her job. Keep doing good work

Checking in at 930pm after a long travel from Kenyakumari, it was a relief to learn from the reception that this hotel accepted tourists (a few hotels in the area does not). We were offered a rate which we then compared on google and decided to book their double room on Agoda instead for a more affordable rate. Extending our stay till 6pm the next day cost us another 1.5k rupees which we could not refuse. The room was well-lit, clean and spacious although we could clearly hear the road traffic and people walking / talking along the corridors, if you're a light sleeper, do inform the reception. The mattress is comfortable although the pillows were thin. Clean white sheets bed covers made up for what lacked. Wi-Fi internet speed is decent with local cable TV channels. The breakfast spread was ideal for local cuisine lovers - thankfully we were allowed to request for freshly cooked eggs which was what we settled for accompanied with Brew Coffee which we purchased from a nearby cafe (instant Nescafe served at the buffet line, is not real coffee in our opinion). The hotel employees were all polite, attentive and smiling - always making themselves available - So, thank you for making our stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible.
