Hotel Hillway Inn does not meet acceptable hospitality standards. The overall service was unsatisfactory, the rooms were poorly maintained and unhygienic, and the quality of food was extremely disappointing. We found a worm in the food, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.Additionally, there was a major breach of privacy and professionalism. A hotel staff member entered our room without knocking while my wife was inside. This incident caused her to feel unsafe and highly uncomfortable. Such conduct is unacceptable and reflects a lack of discipline and proper training among the staff.I deeply regret choosing to stay at this hotel and would strongly advise others against booking Hotel Hillway Inn.

Good Hotel Rooms, Best hospitality and Perfect Location makes this hotel a must stay option. Hotel is located right nearby to market area and city center which makes it more convenient.They have their own tour packages which covers everything in and around Mahabaleshwar. Special mention to our tour driver Kasim, he was very friendly and gave us detailed information about each location we visited. Thank you for hosting us!!

Overpriced Nightmare ’ Do Not Book!(Treebo Hillway Inn Main Market)I recently booked two Deluxe Rooms for 2 nights at this property (Booking via Agoda/Treebo) and it was a complete disaster. We paid ’21,159 for what was advertised as a premium Treebo experience, but the reality was unhygienic and unprofessional. We were so disappointed that we checked out after just one night, losing the money for the second night because neither Agoda nor Treebo provided any support for modification or cancellation.Major Issues Faced:’ Room Condition: Broken electrical sockets (unsafe!), torn blankets, and bedsheets with visible stains. This is not "Deluxe" by any standard.’ Hygiene: The washroom was filthy. When we requested room cleaning, the staff used a stinking, wet sack mop that made the room smell worse than before.’ Missing Amenities: Despite Treebo’s branding, no toiletries or towels were provided. We had to repeatedly ask for the Wi-Fi password.’ Food Quality: The breakfast was not the standard Treebo spread; it was tasteless and of poor quality.’ Service: While the staff was polite, they were clearly unequipped to maintain the property. The customer service from both Treebo and Agoda was non-existent when we tried to resolve the issue.Verdict: Do not be fooled by the photos. This hotel does not follow Treebo’s basic hygiene or service protocols. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
