Bloom Hotel - Juhu

Nice hotel with good location. Safe place and feel confortable in my room. Just breakfast not wow but as evrything was good so would definitly stay there again

I had a very pleasant stay at Bloom Hotel Juhu, Mumbai. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, and everything was well organized.The staff was friendly, helpful and always available when needed. The location is also a big plus ’ great area and easy access to everything.I would definitely come back next time I’m in Mumbai.

I, normally avoid writing bad reviews for businesses. But here I am compelled to write because of the sheer carelessness of this hotel.I paid 22k for a 2 night stay; that is 11k per night plus taxes.One would expect a decent hotel experience at that price, anywhere in the world.However, this place is nothing but a glorified lodge with no quality services.They dont have car parking so you are forced to park on the street. The hotel security guard told me I should park at the risk of the police towing my car away.I went to my room for the night and then discovered that the AC has been set at 26 Degrees C and that the same cannot be further cooled.There is no phone directory in the room so I didn't know how to call reception or room service. I had to go online and connect to reception by calling their hotel booking number to contact reception. The receptionist was clueless when he came up to my room as to how my room AC could be bumped up to cool. So he left without a solution.I slept without the AC that night.The fridge in the room has a broken door so the fridge didn't work!So I asked for a bottle of cold water. It is astonishing to know that the hotel doesn't have a fridge which can give you a simple bottle of cold water, that too in Mumbai!When I went into the shower, I discovered that they had soap dispensers for shower gel and shampoo. But there was no shower gel in the dispenser. So had to manage a shower without soap.Afternoon the shower, I went for breakfast in the basement which was smelling quite unpleasant. There is was told that the hotel doesn't have a kitchen. Food is delivered from outside so one has to manage with whatever best they have ordered the previous night.I am absolutely sure that the owners have lost interest in this 30+ room hotel. There is a staff of 10 people who didn't seem very motivated except for 1 guy at reception who was himself embarrassed at the state of affairs.So, after paying 11k per night you get:No ParkingNo RestaurantNo KitchenNo ACNo Soap.No Service.God help such businesses!

The location is just perfect if you want to be connected with Bandra and Khar. Or other areas too.Safe place to stay for women.The staffs are too nice and cooperative. At the reception Sarthak and his other colleagues were polite, I asked for a room change, the staffs were more than happy to help out. For a reasonable and comfortable stay , this is the place to be.Although, I have not tried Bloom at other locations, I bet they have maintained the same standart across.Convenience, safety, Comfort, clean, good staffs.
