Treebo Iceberg

Very disappointing stay. Facilities were not as shown at the time of booking. The air conditioning didn’t work, and there was no proper response from the manager. Staff need better training, and overall service must be improved. Not recommended ’ I will also raise this issue with MakeMyTrip for no proper solution or response.

Very poor experience at Treebo Iceberg Hotel. We booked for 3 persons and even paid extra person charges, but were provided only two 500ml water bottles and two small 6ft mattresses for 3 people. The blanket had a very bad smell. There is no proper kitchen ’ breakfast was made in a small dirty pantry with no hygiene maintained. No security guard was available during our stay. Overall, very disappointing experience. Not recommended.

Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Treebo Iceberg Hotel. The facilities provided were not as shown at the time of booking. The air conditioning was not working properly, and despite informing the manager, there was no proper response or solution provided.The overall service quality and staff behavior were below expectations. I strongly suggest that the management take immediate steps to improve the facilities and provide proper training to the staff.Due to this experience, I will not recommend this hotel to my colleagues in the future. I also intend to raise this issue with MakeMyTrip Helpline, as I did not receive any satisfactory response or resolution during my stay.I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take necessary action to ensure better service for future guests.

Fantastic stay. Got double bedded first floor room with balcony. Beautiful property. Near venna lake. High speed Wi-Fi service. Breakfast was limited but sufficient quantity, most importantly it's freshly made and served hot. Very good service by staff. Parking area can accommodate 4-5 cars. Overall a nice experience. Recommended stay at Mahabaleshwar.

Rooms were ok ok type. When I have entered my room handwash was not there, kettle was not working.The biggest problem is that the hotel do not have any restaurant. It was raining heavily & we have to go to Madhur restaurant (as suggested by hotel staff) - madhur restaurant was a very worst restaurant - dosa was sour, cockroaches were moving on table & Chairs, this made the overall experience worst. Please don't go to Madhur restaurant. The waiter was arguing when asked about this.During night time I have tried to take the bedsheet due to cold & I felt a cockroach was there hiding , other than that hygiene of Iceberg was ok.Morning breakfast was somewhat ok, though mostly bread items (misal pav, bread toast, poha)- we have asked from where breakfast has come - staff has told that it is from hotel Bagicha (which was nearby) as owner of both the hotels is same.We felt it would be better to take a room in Bagicha hotel.No charging point for EV was provided by hotel on asking.
