Couple • India • May 2026We arrived at the hotel and upon checking in, the guy at the reception told us that our booking has been cancelled. When I asked him who cancelled it, he was super rude and told me to speak to customer service. I called Agoda, they also confirmed that the booking isn't cancelled and tried reaching the hotel unsuccessfully to clarify. In the meantime, my sister checked that the hotel wasn't fully booked and, in fact, our initial room was available for booking at exactly the same price!! However, the guy at the reception, didn't think it was a necessary information to share with us! He literally couldn't care less.Once we finally got the room, it was right next to the reception. It was super noisy, as if people were talking in your room. Furthermore, there was no hot water.NOT RECOMMENDED!
