Treebo Trend Hotel Rudraksh

Walking distance from airportThis hotel was given to us due to a flight cancellation from shillong! Not at all upto the mark! There were cockroaches in the room!They served us complimentary dinner which was okay!

After my family missed their connecting flight, the airline arranged a stay at Hotel Rudraksh on VIP Road, Guwahati. The overall experience was decent ’ while the room cleanliness could have been better, the convenient location and the warm, helpful staff made up for it. The real standout was the food, which was flavorful and satisfying, adding a pleasant touch to the stay.

Hotel rooms are nothing like the ones advertised - only few rooms.Paid ’2,500/- for the room for a 3 hour stay waiting for our flight - family of 4 (with 2 kids).We were not given a single free breakfast - argued that if we stayed the whole day, we would at least get breakfast free for 1 person. Had to pay about ’1k, not a big deal though.It's a rip off.NOT RECOMMENDED - Better and cheaper options available nearby.

The hotel is bad. The bed sheets are in horrible condition with foot prints and dirt on them, it’s maintained very poorly and the hotel is very unhygienic . The pictures they put up are not the same as the rooms and we heard mice in our room. The pictures gave us a wrong opinion of the place and we would never have gone otherwise. Horrible experience. I would never recommend this place.

Mid range hotel that's situated near the airport in Guwahati.Clean but slightly cramped rooms. Clean and neat.Bathrooms are clean. A couple of fittings were malfunctioning like the shower head (see the picture )Polite and helpful staff. They did not have a shoe shine kit in house and sounded surprised when I asked for oneThe in-house restaurant serves decent food, but is vegetarian.The road is being renovated and access is a bit problematic right now with one having to walk across a small bridge to get to the hotel. The staff will come out and help you with luggageThe minor niggles do not detract from its great value as a transit hotel very close to the airport.
