TreeHouse Sunrise Resort & Caravan Park

We had a pathetic stay at this place! They are using misleading pictures of their property on their website etc. The property is extremely poorly maintained - the reception area so dirty and washrooms there pathetically dirty!!The GM Anil Yadav is highly unprofessional and behaved very badly when we said phone missing in our room and he/his staff didn't check before giving us the room.Breakfast was chaos as they hv an intern straightaway placed here who doesn't even know how to spread jam on bread!!A BIG NO...as your valuable money and more valuable time will get wasted!!

TreeHouse is a wonderful resort, especially for families with children. It has a large open area where kids can play freely, along with a well-maintained swimming pool. The greenery throughout the property creates a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall hotel facilities are excellent. It is a great place to relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends.

Third class resort. Staaf is un educated. Full off haryanvi language staaf. Food is so bad. Room also bad. Pool area so dirty. So plz koi nai jaye vha. Third claas property. Totally waste of money ’’’’’’??

The washrooms are not clean at all. There are pigeon bits in the swimming pool area and completely dirty looking like it was last cleaned in last 3 years back.Also there was a mouse roaming in the restaurant. Not at all hygenic.

Our stay at this resort was an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience. The property is in urgent need of maintenance and proper management.The room conditions were poor. The air conditioner was not functioning properly, and the television was also not working. The TV remote was broken, and after we complained, it was simply taped and handed back to us instead of being replaced. The bed sheets were dirty, the cushion and towel were torn, and even the quilt and pillow covers provided were stained.The food experience was equally bad. The meals were tasteless and seemed stale. Fruits were pre-cut and kept out for a long time, appearing unhygienic. The restaurant area was filled with flies and mosquitoes, and despite repeated complaints, no measures like repellents were taken. The service was careless’our waiter forgot part of the order, and when it finally arrived, the parathas were cold. When we requested fresh hot parathas, the same old ones were reheated and served again. The rotis were undercooked, and even after asking for replacements, the same uncooked rotis were reheated and served, making them inedible.The breakfast menu lacked any variety and was exactly the same on all three days of our stay.The final night was the most disturbing. A group checked in and started playing loud music at full volume around 11:30 PM. Even after multiple complaints, the music continued until around 1:00 AM. After that, the group, apparently intoxicated, created chaos’shouting, abusing each other, banging doors, and even knocking on our door several times. It felt extremely unsafe and frightening. Even morning walk inside the premises was not safe as 4-5 stray dogs were running around.The next morning, the situation was no better. Children were playing cricket inside the restaurant during breakfast, while loud personal music was again being played. There was absolutely no discipline or control maintained by the resort staff. Though Mr. Umesh Yadav was helpful and supportive.Overall, this was a very disturbing and unpleasant stay. The resort lacks basic hygiene, service quality, and security standards. We would strongly not recommend this place to anyone.
