Yes you heard it right- they didn't have water in the washroom. They didn't utter a single word at the time of check-in. When complained the staff informed the technical issue with motor will be resolved soon. But alas it was a lie got water supple after 2 pm. please don't fall in the trap of these lying people.
The rooms are damp. It was so bad, that after looking at the rooms, we booked elsewhere. We did not check into the hotel. The only regret i had was, i had paid to the property in advance. And tried getting atleast a small portion as a refund, but it was of no use. I strongly advice future travelers to this property, please, please look at the rooms before you pay advance.
