I had booked for a 3 night stay and my expectations were not very high - just expecting clean bathroom/bed and functioning wifi. However, I was given a room next to which some repairs were going on, so it was very noisy, the bedsheets were dirty, made you squirm trying to get into them, the wifi did not work despite repeated attempts by the Hotel's IT, the fan continuously made a ticking sound. When I complained to the manager, they agreed that the room indeed was not good and asked me to pack my things so that they can shift me to a different room. However, 20 minutes later, they tell me that no room is available (although the place looks deserted). When I asked for a cancellation, as I had been to the room barely a couple of hours, the Manager Atul agreed and asked me to raise a cancellation request with Agoda and that he will promptly approve it when received from Agoda. I had to find a different hotel on the spot and checked out based on the assurance from this Atul. Later I got to know from Agoda that the 'Hotel has declined the request'. When I raised the matter with Agoda (who have automated customer service with AI chatbots), that they should confront the Hotel, I am getting canned AI responses. The hotel's landline number does not work despite repeated attempts. This hotel is downright unethical and would advise travelers to Nagpur to strictly avoid this place.

I checked in to do a stay before my flight and also do a few video meetings. I went to my room and logged in. The download speed was 2.20 Mbps. The upload speed was even worse at 0.58. It got slightly better if I opened the door and moved my chair into the hall. But that wasn't going to work for these meetings.I went to the front desk and asked them to fix it. They assured me they were calling I.T. Their I.T. told them they don't work on Sundays. Did they tell me that? No. I thought maybe I could work at the rooftop bar featured in pictures here. THAT closed for good some time ago.I asked the front desk to simply refund my money - either to Agoda or in cash - and I'd check out and stay elsewhere. They said they could not. I told the management that I would have to review their internet speeds on Tripadvisor. They said that was okay.Meanwhile, Agoda asked me to wait while they tried to get resolution, even as my meeting was getting closer and closer. Eventually at 7:04, Agoda said they could not do anything for 24-48 hours. I checked out. As I did, a staff member told me that the owner had now seen my tripadvisor review with the pictures of the internet speed. They offered me my money back if I took it down. I said no. For one thing, I had given them the option earlier to refund my money and they said to go ahead and post my review. To ask me to take it down now when I'd already waited four hours for resolution was unacceptable.But the other thing is that guests DO need to know this is not an acceptable option for travel if you need internet. I left to go elsewhere so I could do my meeting. I filed a claim with Agoda. Urban Hermitage said the hotel insisted that the five hours, much spent in the lobby, that I waited for them to "look into" their poor internet counted as a stay. They refused repayment. So is the room clean? Sure. Did the outlets work? Only one by the tea service. But is there internet? Not one that's usable in any sense. And if you bring it up, they will simply delay you until they can take your money anyway. I would choose another hotel if I were you.

Not VFM at all , only benefit is it’s close to Airport so okay for long layovers only. Our key card didn’t work multiple times , hotel was deserted and very less occupancy and washrooms was dated.

Dirty rooms and unhygenic food. The rooms are very old and not maintained. Very bad room service. The cleaning staff stole money from my bag. Felt very unsafe here. Please dont waste your money. Not recommended
