Utsav Hotel Bolpur

This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms were unbelievably small ’ cramped, poorly designed, and absolutely not worth the absurd amount they charged per night. There was barely any space to move around, let alone feel comfortable or relaxed.To make matters worse, the food we ordered was equally disappointing ’ bland, poorly prepared, and nowhere near the quality you would expect at these prices.What truly crossed the line, however, was the behavior of the management. Instead of addressing our concerns or acknowledging the poor quality of the stay, they had the audacity to ask us to leave a good review. It was insulting, considering neither the rooms nor the food met even the most basic standards.Overall, this place is grossly overpriced and severely underdelivers. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless you enjoy wasting money on discomfort and poor service.

Very good hospitality.All staffs are very decent and well behave.The way they welcome their guests is appreciable.I liked the place and people there.They also organise some local folk song for their guests which is very pleasant.Food is good but could be better.Overall very good experience and I recommend to stay here if you are searching a good place to stay with family also.

My stay at Hotel Utsab in Bolpur was very disappointing. The room prices are quite high, but the overall service and facilities do not match what you pay for.During checkout, the management accused us of causing a small stain on a bedsheet, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The way this issue was handled showed a lack of professionalism.The staff behavior was rude, disrespectful, and unwelcoming. There was no effort to communicate politely or resolve concerns properly. Such attitude completely ruined the experience.Moreover, food and room service were extremely slow, even for simple orders. For a hotel that charges premium rates, this level of service is unacceptable.Overall, due to overpriced rooms, poor service, delayed orders, and bad staff behavior, I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. Much better options are available in Bolpur.

Our stay at Hotel Utsab, Bolpur was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The room price is very high compared to the quality and service they provide. It is absolutely not value for money.At checkout, the staff claimed there was a small stain on a bedsheet and forced us to pay ’700 as a fine, which felt completely unfair and unreasonable. This looked more like a way to extract extra money from guests rather than a genuine issue.On top of that, the staff behavior was very rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. There was no proper way of talking to guests. Instead of resolving the issue politely, they argued and behaved badly.Even food/order delivery was very late, and basic services were poorly managed. For a hotel charging such high prices, this level of service is unacceptable.Overall, this hotel shows no respect for guests, poor service quality, and hidden charges. I would strongly advise people NOT to book this hotel. There are much better options available in Bolpur at lower prices.
