We stayed at this hotel with a group of 92 students from Sikkim. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. We had to continue our stay for 3 nights due to compulsion, as changing hotels after arrival with such a large group was not possible.On the very first day, students found hair and steel jute in the food. The food quality throughout the stay was very poor, which is completely unacceptable, especially for student groups.The staff behaviour was highly unprofessional and uncooperative. On the last day, we had an early morning checkout at 4:00 AM. One room’s TV remote was missing, and we politely requested the staff to check properly and inform us if it was not found. Instead of checking, they started arguing, claimed it was a smart TV remote worth ’1,000, and accused us without any proper verification.At the very least, we expected cooperation from the staff, particularly since our group booking covered more than 80% of the hotel’s occupancy, but this was not provided.Overall, the service, food quality, room conditions, and staff behaviour were very poor. There are many better hotels available at similar rates.Not recommended, especially for student group stays.

Pathetic service i have seen in my career.Staff never talk politely, kichen is permanently closed no any service for food. Staff said If you want to eat anything order from zomato. Also you have to pick order from outside they said they are unable to give service in room.Never book this hotel. Wastage of money and time

I am from Nepal, and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. You call this a 3-star hotel? This was the worst experience of my life.The staff are extremely rude, and the management is very poor. The hotel is 0% soundproof’there is too much noise coming from outside, and it is impossible to rest properly.I asked for one extra blanket for my driver, who was staying in the car. I clearly told them that I would pay for the blanket, but they refused to provide it.At night, my mobile data was finished, and the hotel Wi-Fi was not working properly. I requested the reception to please provide me with 2GB of mobile data, and I was ready to pay for it. As I am from Nepal, I cannot easily recharge my number myself. They directly said no and showed no willingness to help. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or care for the guest.I sincerely request the hotel owner to visit Nepal at least once to understand what true hospitality and respect for guests really mean.I also want to ask one question: your manager told us that you cannot provide a room based on our national ID card and asked for a passport instead. Is my national ID card not valuable in your hotel?If there were a negative rating option, I would give this hotel a minus rating. Very bad experience.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would strongly advise everyone to avoid it entirely.The hospitality and courtesy from the staff are non-existent’I’d give them a zero if I could. To make matters worse, the rooms are poorly maintained; during my stay, the shower was broken and the fan switch didn't work. It was an incredibly frustrating experience with zero regard for guest comfort."
