Dear Team Vajra, my stay was genuinely enjoyable and unforgettable. The staff showed great care and attentiveness, ensuring I felt comfortable and at home the entire time. The services provided were outstanding, and the overall experience was fantastic. Keep maintaining this level of quality and commitment, Team Vajra. I wish you ongoing success and even greater achievements in the future.

I stayed here for a long time mainly to get Ayurvedic treatment. I was also excited about the yoga sessions. However, on two days, the yoga was held at a different place than usual, and I wasn't told beforehand, so I missed those sessions. During my stay, there was a special event. The day before, someone asked me if I wanted to wear a saree but didn't explain much about the event or schedule, and I agreed. On the event day, loud music played from morning, but I still didn't know when or where to change into the saree. Another guest in a saree came to my room asking why I wasn't joining, and that's when I found out the event had started. Later, a staff member came to take me to change, but by then I didn't want to participate anymore. Because of the event, treatments that are usually split between morning and afternoon were all scheduled in the morning, so I missed breakfast. When I went to eat at the usual lunch time, no one was there because the meal schedule had changed without telling me. I messaged staff on WhatsApp saying I hadn't eaten and wanted food. After a while, someone came and I finally ate. It felt like the event was more important than guest care. The loud music went on all day, so I couldn't rest quietly, even though I came mainly for treatment and recovery. Before leaving, I got a three-month supply of Ayurvedic medicines and paid extra. After returning to Japan, I felt very sleepy, which I thought was from the medicines. This made working hard and continuing the medicines difficult, so I contacted them on WhatsApp for advice but got no reply. This was disappointing because before leaving, I was told I could contact them anytime after returning if I had questions or concerns. I was happy with many parts of the Ayurvedic treatments, but communication with guests and follow-up after treatment need big improvement.
