Cleanliness was below standard, and some of the promised facilities were either unavailable or not functioning properly. The staff was not very helpful in resolving the issues that were reported. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and not worth the money paid. I would not recommend this property and would not choose to stay here again.

"I have never seen such a disgusting hotel in my life. The beds were covered in dirty bedsheets and blankets, crawling with cockroaches and insects.The staff have absolutely no manners and don't know how to behave respectfully. Never visit this hotel with your family.The air conditioning and lights don't work, and the bathroom is extremely unhygienic.My rating for them would be 0 out of 10."
