Situated in white town close to the hospital area, the location is still quite convenient. The rooms have very low lighting and a strong smell in the bathroom. The staff won't allow early check-in even when rooms are available. It's appropriate for a short stay of a day or so.

This is definitely not a three star property as described on Google Maps. No amenities provided. Just one bottle of water and soap.We stayed here as a family from Goa visiting Puducherry for some business work. We booked this hotel for two rooms as we wanted an economical option and got a good deal online.Photographs are deceptive.There are no windows in the ground floor room making the rooms dark and stuffy. There's a weird smell in the bathroom with shaky toilet seats. The bedsheets are stained, cupboards broken and the walls have patchwork wall paper, to cover up paint peeling off the wall. The bathroom ventilation fan is covered in extreme dust and the water drainage had a stone kept on it, maybe to stop rats from entering!Street parking only. We asked for room freshner which was provided for just one room on last day evening of three days stay! And extra mattresses are like a decor item in the room. Thankfully the Airconditioner was working well and the bed & pillows were soft for a good night's sleep. If only the rooms are decently well maintained, this hotel could be a great place for families.To reach the reception (just a small table) of the hotel you have to walk through a pancake restaurant!The biggest advantage is its location.Very close to the promenade walk, the French quarters, all the happening restaurants, the Aurobindo ashram and Vinayak temple, etc.We were out most of the day to avoid going to the room!

We stayed here as a family from Goa visiting Puducherry for business. We booked two rooms aiming for an affordable option and found a good online deal. The photos are misleading. The ground floor rooms have no windows, making them dark and stuffy. The bathroom has a strange odor and unstable toilet seats. Bedsheets are stained, cupboards are broken, and the walls have patchy wallpaper covering peeling paint. The bathroom fan is covered in heavy dust, and a stone blocks the water drainage, possibly to keep rats out. Parking is only available on the street. We requested a room freshener, which was given to just one room on the last evening of our three-day stay. Extra mattresses seem to be just decoration. Fortunately, the air conditioner worked well, and the bed and pillows were comfortable for a good night's rest. If the rooms were better maintained, this hotel could be a nice option for families. over all worst experience, it's not a villa just a very old hostel building, ac is not working properly bed is avg and room service was worst, they didn't have drinking water facility, just give two water bottles and for extra water bottles they charging ’40 each
