Food needs improvement, rest all is good like amenities, pool, rooms, cleanliness, restaurant and play area. Staff service is also okay, but restaurant manager during breakfast on 15th Feb was seems arrogant since he didn’t even bothered to come and acknowledge the issue. Overall good stay at value price.

Overall best experience.Only one draw back : This property doesn't have driver's (common) room. Which service is available in most of the HOTELS nowadays. Good Services, Good Food, Good Cleanliness.

Pathetic Experience and Severe Service FailureOverall Rating: 1/5 (Extremely Poor Value)Trip Type: Group Booking (4 Rooms)Date of Stay: 29 Nov 25The Viola Beacon Resort was a deeply disappointing and frankly pathetic experience. While the resort’s photographs suggest a pleasant getaway, the reality is a property suffering from misleading size, poor maintenance, and a critical lapse in both guest safety standards and customer service. The overall package is not at all value for money.Maintenance and Health HazardsWe had booked four rooms, and while the general condition was already below average, one room presented severe issues. This room had a non-functional air conditioning unit, multiple broken lights, and most alarmingly, evidence of infestation, including rats in the ceiling. This is an unacceptable health and safety hazard for any hotel, let alone a supposed resort.Unacceptable Customer Service ResponseThe response from the staff to this urgent issue, which occurred late at night, compounded the problem drastically. When we requested an immediate room change for the uninhabitable space, we were initially told that all rooms were "sold out."It was only when I firmly stood my ground, reminded the night shift attendant that we had paid for a functional room, and was forced to raise my voice around midnight that the situation was escalated. The night manager eventually spoke to someone and reluctantly arranged a new room. The fact that guests must resort to aggressive confrontation to have a basic and necessary safety issue addressed is a damning indictment of the resort's management and operational standards.Size, Facilities, and Lack of ActivitiesBeyond the room issues, the resort itself is very small and feels cramped. It lacks the expansive feel one expects from a resort property. The advertised facilities were minimal and poorly maintained:Kids' Play Area: The designated play area for children was tiny, offering very little to occupy kids.Adult Gaming Zone: This zone was completely unmaintained, with equipment likely broken or neglected, rendering it useless.Location: The location offers nothing to do around the property, meaning guests are completely reliant on the limited, poorly managed onsite amenities.Food and SummaryThe only aspect of the stay that met a baseline level of acceptability was the food, which was "alright."This was an overall pathetic experience. I strongly advise prospective guests to consider these serious maintenance issues, the deceptive size of the property, the lack of quality amenities, and the poor customer care before booking here.And we paid 7k per room for this property which is totally worthless

Excellent Hotel. Nice experience to us. They have upgraded to deluxe room with hill side view (which is excellent)Pro: Big parking Space, Breakfast and dinning area well decorated and nice ambiance! 100 markFood is also 100mark. We opted breakfast and dinner menu.Cons: From Highway to hotel 100metet road not good. Need some maintenance. Room window not clear.Final, I will 100% recommend to stay this hotel !!
