Review Title: Beautiful Location, but Extremely Poor Management and Staff!Rating: ’’ (2/5)My Experience:We visited this resort for dinner. While the location is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained, our overall experience was highly disappointing.Food: The quality and taste of the food were very average. It was definitely not up to the mark for a resort of this scale.Management: The management is poorly organized and lacks basic hospitality.Staff Behavior: After finishing our meal, we walked around the property to take a few photographs. To our surprise, the staff rudely interrupted us and asked us to leave immediately. Their tone was highly unprofessional and unwelcoming.Having a great location means nothing if you cannot provide good food and basic respect to your paying guests. I would think twice before recommending this place to anyone.

We came to this resort for dinner. The setting is stunning and well-kept, but our overall visit was quite disappointing. The food was mediocre and did not meet the expectations for a resort of this caliber. The management seemed disorganized and lacked fundamental hospitality skills. After our meal, we strolled around to take some photos, but the staff abruptly told us to leave in a rude and unprofessional manner. A beautiful location means little if good food and basic respect for guests are missing. I would hesitate to recommend this place.

It's a decent place for a single visit since there are limited activities and amenities. The pool exists but isn't well kept, and the room service lacks professionalism. The restaurant is okay and the staff are friendly. However, the hotel overall could use some improvements.

Had a great time at Virat resort. The staff were very helpful and the food was tasty.

Everything was excellent including the location, food, staff, service, room, and environment.
