Waltair Abode

I had a very pleasant stay at Waltair Abode. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made the stay relaxing and hassle-free. The amenities provided were thoughtful and added great value to the overall experience.What truly stood out was the staff. The receptionists were courteous, welcoming, and efficient with check-in and any queries. The service team was equally impressive’they were attentive, responsive, and quick to address any concerns, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay.Overall, Waltair Abode offers a great combination of cleanliness, good amenities, and excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again.

I stayed here with my family..Main issues:1. No complimentary early check-in. It comes with cost.2. Even after agreeging to early check-in cost, room given to us was not cleaned dat all not even 10%.When asked that bed sheets are not clean next day, response we got "oh that takes lot of time. He told that staff will be available at 9 or 9;30 am and he will send them to clean. We waited till 10 to waste our time"Evening another staff at reception were much polite and helped us with cleaning..3. Security folks don't help us during check in time..But during check out, they come nicely picking all your suitcases just for expecting money from you...I have to give 100 rupees as anything below would shame us from their looks..But this is annoying for such nice hotel..

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Employees don’t know how to talk to their customers. Communication is the number one skill in Hotel Service business. And employees here lack this skill. Will not come back to this hotel ever again.

I had terrible experience staying at Waltair Abode in a Superior room. I booked this hotel room for 3 nights from Dec 5-7, but i could only stay here for 2 nights. Rooms were ok, No Clean Towels, i had to call them every day for clean towels, bed sheets were not clean either. Room Service was even worst than their Towels. I had to call them 3 times for 2 bottles of water, then had to run down myself to get the water bottles. Employees here really don’t care whether you have good experience staying here or not. I have stayed in more than 200 hotel rooms in my lifetime and this is by far my worst stay in out of those 200 rooms. Honestly i will never recommend this hotel to anyone. There are a lot of better options than this hotel at this price range where i spent my 3rd night.

Very Poor and ridiculous service ! There owner has no manners of how to treat their customers . There services are worst than every hotel i stayed till now . Wheneve i ask somethin from them ’..i have to call them atleast 4-5 times . For eg : i ask for towel , and they didn’t gave me whole day . They don’t listen or value their customers at all . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! ’’??
