Zenith Hotels Hebbal Bangalore

Not recommended, first of all the location is secluded within a residential area. Rooms were fine but not as per price. Service: 0, no water in room, you call reception they don't answer. You have to go down to get water. Linen was also not so clean. Stayed there for 3 days, they didn't clean even once in 3 days. Coming to most pathetic part, the breakfast. Don't eat it even if it is free.

I have given 5 star review previously 8 months ago , only for sharanya fo person, she was so kind and made my stay so well and good ,only one phone call she will send the thing or she will only come to the room and deliver it in a minute , she was so kind and managed everything in a good mannerI think the hotel was running smooth because of her onlyNow my stay was really pathetic , no towels in the room , I called up reception landline by dialling 9 , the fellow picked up and he told he will send but waited for a long time nobody turned upRooms are not clean , no toilet roll, no proper breakfast,they get it from nearby shop , the vada which they made in hotel was worstThey prepare vada in Chicken fry oil such a bad smellThey don't even deserve 1 star ratingThe rooms are smaller in size and the hotel is somewhere inside located , no staffs at all nowVery poor management even charge for water bottlesDon't book the room in Zenith Suites better to stay in white castle

I had a nice time in this hotel. The receptionist (Saranya ) is very helpful and guided for the required details. I felt this like a home because of the staff treatment. Nice to stay.Congratulations to maintain in a such good manner.Thank you.

Great hotel! Very nice workers, kind. In the evenings we could enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area! If we return to Benagluru, this will be the place where we will stay! Thank you for your hospitality!
