Indian Railways Cancels Several Trains due to Heavy Rainfall!

Due to heavy rainfall over the past few days in various regions of northern India, the Northern Railways has announced the cancellation of 17 trains and the diversion of 12 others.

A spokesperson from the Northern Railways released a statement mentioning that four areas have experienced waterlogging, resulting in the suspension of train services. The affected sections are between Noganwan (Ambala) and New Morinda, Nangal Dam, and Anandpur Sahib, and Kiratpur Sahib, and Bharatgarh.

The cancelled trains include Firozpur Cantt Express, Amritsar Superfast Express, Chandigarh Intercity Express, and Chandigarh to Amritsar Junction Express. Those which have been diverted include Mumbai Central to Amritsar Express, Amritsar Express, and Daulatpur Chowk Express.
