For Kerala

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Friday extended the lockdown in the state of Kerala till 23rd May. Also, ‘triple lockdown’ has been announced in cities like Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, Thrissur and Malappuram where the number of cases are high.

For Mizoram

To flatten the COVID-19 transmission curve, the Government of Mizoram has decided to extend the on-going total lockdown till 4:00 AM of 24th May.

Travellers entering Mizoram from other parts of the country shall mandatorily undergo Rapid Antigen Test (RAgT) at their point of entry to Mizoram.

For Jharkhand

Jharkhand extends lockdown restrictions until 27th May with stricter measures. Essential services will be functional during this time. Air and train travel remain unaffected, and movement to/from airports or railway stations will be permitted with an ID card and valid ticket/boarding pass.

Also, it is mandatory for passengers arriving from any state to carry a COVID-19 RT-PCR/TRUENAT negative report from an ICMR approved lab not earlier than 72 hours.

For Sikkim

To curb the rising COVID-19 cases, the state of Sikkim announces a complete lockdown from 17th May (5 AM) to 24th May (5AM).
