Due to unavoidable circumstances, various zones of Indian Railways announced the cancellation, short origination, short termination and rescheduling of multiple trains. Scroll down for further details.
Passengers are requested to take note of the affected train schedules and make necessary arrangements accordingly.

Cancellations
> The North Eastern Railway tweeted that train nos. 05331/05332 Kathgodam–Moradabad–Kathgodam Express Special will be cancelled on 29th and 30th August. This is due to yard remodelling work being undertaken at Rudrapur City railway station.
> The East Central Railway notified that train nos. 03645/03646 Dildarnagar–Tarighat–Dildarnagar Express Special will remain cancelled until 31st August.

> The South Eastern Railway will be cancelling three services between Tatanagar and Asansol.

Short Origination
The South Eastern Railway also announced the short origination of one train.
Owing to the non-interlocking work at Barkakana railway station, train no 08152 Barkakana–Tatanagar Express Special will originate from Ramgarh Cantt. instead of its usual source on 18th August.
Short Termination
The Eastern Railway declared that one train will be affected because of some dismantling work in Adra Division.
Train no. 08173 Asansol–Tatanagar MEMU Special will be short-terminated at Purulia Jn. instead of its usual destination on 19th August.

Rescheduling
Due to the yard remodelling at Rudrapur, one train will also be rescheduled.
Train no. 12039 Kathgodam–New Delhi Shatabdi Express will be rescheduled by 120 minutes on 29th and 30th August.
