Do I Need a Voltage Converter in Senegal?

Senegal runs on a main voltage of 230 volts at a frequency of 50 Hz. This is effectively the same as India's 230V/50Hz. You can plug any Indian device into a Senegal socket without a voltage converter, as long as the plug shape fits.

Will my Indian charger work in Senegal?

Yes, but it depends on which socket your hotel has. Senegal uses Type C, D, E and K sockets at 230V/50Hz. Your Indian phone and laptop chargers are dual-voltage (the label reads 100–240V), so they handle Senegal voltage without any issue. The only question is plug shape — your Indian plug fits Type C and D sockets directly, but will not fit Type E and K sockets without an adapter. You do not need a voltage converter — Senegal's 230V is the same as India's 230V.
