Airport Shuttle Services

The A1 airport bus connects the airport to Abu Dhabi city center, running every 40 minutes. Major hotels offer shuttle services for guests (advance booking recommended). Private transfer and chauffeur services are also available.

Public Transport (Metro, Bus, Train)

Currently, there is no metro or train service to the airport. Public buses (A1 route) provide reliable and affordable connections to the city and main bus stations. Hafilat smart cards and cash are accepted for fare payment.

Car Rentals

Major international and local car rental agencies, including Hertz, Avis, Budget, and Fast Rent a Car, have counters in arrivals. Requirements include a valid driving license, passport, and credit card. Vehicles are collected from parking areas adjacent to each terminal.
