The was not operating during our stay. Room service was good and the staff was helpful and courteous for getting cab service and food service in room or while eating at the restaurant. But there's no emergency help in the area neither with the resort nor nearby. We experienced and emergency situation and the only help was other guests on our floor who were very helpful and got the resort guys up else we were on our own.

Couple • India • Oct 2026This is definitely one of the finest accommodations in Mahabaleshwar. Everything about this property is excellent. The location, the rooms with valley views, the hospitality, the food, and the staff are all outstanding. I would give it a perfect 10/10 and suggest everyone to stay here. The owner, Mr. Yasir Hussain, along with staff members Mr. Farid and Mr. Gaurang, are very courteous and humble. They attend to even the smallest customer needs and details. We stayed in the executive suite, which is among the best rooms available. The amenities are comprehensive, and there are plenty of games for groups to enjoy. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the WiFi is excellent. Just book this place—you won't regret it and will thank me later. 😊
