Poor Parking, Cockroach Infestation, and Ineffective AC
6.0
My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. First, the parking area is located far from the hotel, and guests are required to walk a considerable distance after parking their vehicles, which is very inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage.Second, there were cockroaches roaming around inside the room throughout my stay. Finding cockroaches moving around the room was unhygienic and unacceptable.Third, I paid an additional 525 for an AC room on top of my original non-AC booking, but it was a complete waste of money. The air conditioner was not cooling the room properly, and I was sweating during the night despite having the AC running. The room remained uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Overall, the experience did not justify the money spent, and I would not recommend this hotel.
