Altius Nest Hotel

Our stay at Altius Nest was one of the highlights of our trip to Kodaikanal. The property was comfortable, peaceful, and well cared for, but what truly made the experience special was the hospitality we received.A special mention to Mani, whose kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. His warm and helpful nature added a personal touch to our stay and left a lasting impression on us.It is rare to come across people who go out of their way to make guests feel so welcome, and that warmth is something we will remember long after our trip. I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the food was excellent.

Good and nice stay. Close to the city but having car or own vehicle is must if you plan to stay here. YOU WILL NOT GET AUTOS IN KODAIKANAL. ITS REALLY WEIRD. During our stay the hotel managers are good enough to arrange cabs for our tour visits. NEVER BOOK CABS FROM TRAVEL AGENCIES, THEY RUSH YOU THROUGHOUT THE TRIP. Instead book through the hotels where you stay. Only Breakfast available here and the buffet option is good. VERY DIFFICULT TO GET FOOD THROUGH SWIGGY OR ZOMATO AFTER 7PM. So plan accordingly. Rooms are spacious and clean, perfect place to stay with family.

Nice and comfortable stay. The hotel is near the city, but having a car or your own vehicle is essential if you plan to stay here. There are no autos available in Kodaikanal, which is quite unusual. During our stay, the hotel managers were helpful in arranging cabs for our tours. Avoid booking cabs through travel agencies as they tend to rush you during the trip; it's better to book through the hotel. Only breakfast is served here, and the buffet is good. It's very hard to get food delivery via Swiggy or Zomato after 7 PM, so plan accordingly. The rooms are spacious and clean, making it an ideal place for a family stay.
