Stayed in Room No. 7 on the 3rd floor from June 13 to 15, 2026. The experience was very disappointing for a room costing about ₹3,000 per night with GST included. The room and bathroom were poorly kept. The AC did not function well, cleanliness was below what I expected, and some promised amenities were missing. Parking was a hassle as we were asked multiple times to move our car. The staff were not very helpful when we raised issues. The worst part was on the morning of June 15 when there was no water in the bathroom, making it hard to use basic facilities. Overall, it was not worth the price and I would not recommend this place.

This review concerns Room No. 7 on the 3rd floor during our stay from June 13 to June 15, 2026. We paid about ₹3,000 per night including GST and expected basic comfort and hospitality, but were very disappointed. Parking was badly managed; each time we left, we had to move our car to different spots while other vehicles were unaffected, which was frustrating. The receptionist seemed uninterested in addressing guest issues, and housekeeping was unhelpful and rude. Noise from the room opposite disturbed us at night, making sleep difficult. The room and bathroom were in poor condition: the toilet seat was stained and broken, the mirror was dirty, and the AC didn’t work well. Although the listing mentioned a dental kit, none was provided, and we only received two small soaps and a tiny shampoo sachet instead of proper towels. The worst was on Monday morning, June 15, when there was no water in the bathroom, making it impossible to use the toilet or maintain hygiene, which is unacceptable for a paid stay. I have shared photos so future guests can see the actual state. I can’t speak for other rooms, but based on our experience in Room No. 7, I wouldn’t recommend this place for families or couples seeking a comfortable stay.

Short but superb

My stay at this resort was very disappointing. A major problem was the total lack of water during the night, which caused a lot of trouble and made it hard to use basic facilities. The swimming pool was also poorly maintained and looked dirty, making it unpleasant and unhygienic to swim in. Additionally, the electricity kept flickering on and off, disturbing our stay and causing discomfort, especially at night. Considering the price, I expected much better upkeep and service. Sadly, the poor management of essential services negatively impacted our experience. I hope the management addresses these problems seriously and improves things so future guests don't encounter the same issues. Overall, this stay was unsatisfactory.
