Very disappointing experience. Before booking, make sure you carefully check the hotel’s visitor policy. The hotel does not allow relatives or friends to meet guests without charging an additional fee, which was neither clearly explained nor customer-friendly.Even more disappointing was the attitude of the receptionist and the manager, who were rude, inflexible, and unwilling to resolve concerns professionally. Instead of treating guests with courtesy, they simply insisted on their policy without any empathy or helpfulness.Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, but that was completely missing here.

The hospitality was exceptional the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and the food was fresh, local, and delicious. Whether you want to trek around the gorgeous trails or just sit on the deck with a hot cup of tea listening to the wind, this is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back!

The stay was overall comfortable. I stayed there on business and the rooms are small but clean and well maintained. Breakfast was tasty and spread was okay. The view was not good especially for lower floors since the metro station is right in front of the hotel and blocks the views. The service was friendly and overall stay was good.

Had a wonderful stay at Metropole Inn Hotel. One of the biggest advantages of this property is its excellent location. It is situated right next to the Western Express Metro Station, making travel across Mumbai extremely convenient. Andheri Railway Station is also just a short walk away (around 10 minutes), which makes it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and tidy, while the lobby was equally clean and welcoming. Housekeeping standards are clearly taken seriously here, which made the stay even more pleasant.Another highlight is the food. The hotel offers a good variety on its menu, and there are also plenty of excellent restaurant options nearby, so guests are spoiled for choice when it comes to dining.The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel does not have its own parking space. However, considering the superb connectivity and easy access to public transport, this was not a major issue for me.Overall, Metropole Inn offers great value, cleanliness, convenience, and comfort. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located and well-maintained hotel in the Andheri area.
