I stay there with family in a deluxe room.i paid money and informed the front office staff to continue my booking.but all of sudden they inform me to check out n shift in a small room as they got a customer with *** extra for the room as was staying. After 2 days the family room was available online.staff at reception as me to book the room at reception for *** when the same room was available for *** online. When I booked online the next day staff asked me to pay extra *** for children staying with me. All over the indian hotel policy children under 8years are free. But the staff said their policy is different and even 2 years child has to pay extra.And they do not take money for food ordered from restaurant even you want to pay when you have food and they say bill will be settled when we checked out.At the time of check out they start fraudulent drama n ask for 3-4 times extra bill by saying we lost your bills.this is the approximate bill n you have to pay.Please be aware of the front office staff. They are big frauds.It was a terrible experience.

Extremely Unprofessional & DisappointingI am extremely disappointed with the way this hotel has handled my early checkout and refund.I checked out early on 15’16 August and had already informed the hotel about my checkout timing. At that time, I was also informed about the applicable charges.Surprisingly, around two days ago, the hotel itself called me regarding my early checkout. They asked for all the required details, including information about the guests who stayed with me. After taking all the details, they clearly told me that ’4,700 would be refunded.But now, suddenly, they are saying that the refund is not possible and are putting the responsibility on me, saying that I should have discussed it at the time of checkout.If the refund was not possible, why did the hotel contact me themselves, collect all the details, and confirm a ’4,700 refund in the first place?This is not just disappointing’it shows a serious lack of professionalism, transparency and proper communication. A hotel should stand by what its staff communicates to the customer instead of changing its statement later.Think twice before booking here. My experience has been extremely disappointing, especially with the way the refund issue was handled
