Ambience and food is good. Room service and amenities are poor.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay with rooms that were tidy, clean, and well kept. Unfortunately, our time at the swimming pool was quite disappointing and ended up being the worst part of our trip. The pool attendant was very impolite and refused to let our group use the pool while wearing cotton suits. While we understand that resorts have pool regulations, the manner in which this rule was enforced was not customer-friendly at all. We had hoped for a relaxing and enjoyable time, but the pool staff's attitude left us very dissatisfied. The management should address this matter and ensure staff interact with guests courteously and professionally. In summary, the rooms were satisfactory, but the negative pool experience and the attendant's rude conduct significantly impacted our trip.

Group • Sep 2026I stayed here for one night over a year ago. The hotel campus is okay and the rooms have basic facilities. But the service, upkeep, staff, and other amenities were disappointing and not worth the price they charge. The staff seemed arrogant, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist with simple requests, showing lapses on their part. Our problems began right at check-in—no one was at the reception, the rooms were dirty or damaged (it took 1.5 hours and checking 2-3 more rooms before we settled on one with a compromise), the menu was limited and poor, and service calls were delayed. Many improvements are needed in several areas to truly be a 4-star hotel. Currently, it feels more like below a 3-star level.
